Description

The Interceptors are called in to hunt down a serial killer known as Manhattan Jack. The serial killings began in 1995 and stopped a year later. The detectives thought they'd put an end to Manhattan Jack. Twenty years later, he's returned. His killing spree stretches from Manhattan to London. The more the unit digs into the case, they discover that a powerful organization is assisting the killer. Time is running out for the unit. If they fail to apprehend him, the city streets will run red with his victims blood.
